Would you like to exchange your order?

At Cherie Lueur we guarantee a unique shopping experience. When you receive your order, if you are not satisfied, you can ask for an exchange!

Reasons accepted for exchanges:

  • Wrong Item sent
  • I want to change the size of my item
  • Defective Item received

*** We only accept exchanges made within 3 days of the delivery date. If its a size mismatch customer has to bear the delivery cost for the exchanged package.

Please ensure that the item is in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and tickets attached. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

An inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your return.

Please note that an exchange is subjected to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item of a similar value.

Size/design mismatch will incur courier charges. Therefore kindly make sure you have measured and confirmed your size against our size chart.

Items which are on sale are non-exchangeable

No cash refunds will be made by the seller under any circumstances.

Cherie Lueur shall not be responsible for accidental damage or random damage caused by wear and tear. Our return policies do not cover such damage.
